We are a group of fans who have been posting together for over 12 years. This site was put together to give us a place to chat and discuss our favorite NFL team, the Miami Dolphins.
James aka JL – Website Admin -I’ve been a Dolphin fan since 1982, when I watched Miami lose a Superbowl to the Redskins. Although Miami lost, I was hooked and remain a fan to this day. As a webmaster, I’ve run a Dolphin’s related website since about 1998.
When not fighting crime or sleeping, I enjoy working out, playing with my K9 partner and my kids, participating in my On The Fin Side radio show, and working on this website.
Brian Catanzaro – Website Columnist – Brian is a 26 year old Consultant for Dale Carnegie Training in St. Louis and a first-time homeowner with 2 dogs (Jackson and Dexter).
John aka Hypo – Message Board Mod – Became a Phin Fan during the Leon Lett Snow Game in Dallas. My father was a huge Dallas fan. In fact my whole family was. I just remember being memorized by Dan Marino and the dramatic fashion in which we won. 26 years old. Die hard fan. I watch EVERY game. I frequent many Dolphin sites. FinNation being my home. My favorite players are Ronnie Brown and Yeremiah Bell. My favorite all time player is obviously Dan Marino. Looking forward to seeing my Phins play in what will be the first Super Bowl I’ve ever seen them in. Was born in ’84.
Hal Horn – Website Columnist
I’ve been a Dolphins fan since 1976 when I was 8 years old and just beginning to follow the NFL. My favorite player was Bob Griese, with Tony Nathan and A. J. Duhe not far behind. When not following the ‘Fins (in the NFL) or FAU (in college) I’m writing about films and TV at my blog, The Horn Section, and trying my hand in the poker tournament world a few times per year (next stop, The WSOP in its first Oklahoma stop ever, in 2011). My fiancee and I have no children but 2 chihuahuas, a shih tzu, and calico/siamese cat. Shown with me is Bugsy who likes to sit in my lap and watch the games with me.
