Davone Bess traded to Browns
The trade rumors are true….at least the rumors about WR Davone Bess. He has been traded to the Cleveland Browns and in return the Fins and Browns swapped 4th and 5th round picks. So the Fins move up from the 111th pick to the 104th pick and from the 146th pick to the 139th pick.
Bess, 27, was in the final year of his contract and was due $2.6 million this year. Last season, Bess had 61 catches for 778 yards and 1 TD.
He ends his time with the Fins with 321 career receptions for 3,447 yards and 12 TDs
Reports indicate that the Browns signed Bess to a 3 year extension.
