Fins get compensatory picks
According to several south Florida media sources, the Miami Dolphins will receive a 5th and 7th round compensatory draft pick in the 2013 NFL draft. The Fins will get the 33rd pick in the fifth round, 166 overall. They will also get the 44th pick of the 7th round, selection No. 250.
Miami received those picks for losing QB Chad Henne, DE Kendall Langford, and CB Will Allen to free agency.
Former Miami Dolphin players taken with compensatory picks include: Yeremiah Bell (6th), Lex Hilliard (6th), Austin Spitler (7th), and Jimmy Wilson (7th).
